Cliff Braddock is Chief Operating Officer for RobustEnergy. Mr. Braddock is responsible for development and operations of on-site energy systems that provide cooling, heating and premium power solutions for large buildings, or clusters of buildings.
Prior to joining RobustEnergy, Mr. Braddock was responsible for development of district energy and combined heating and power systems for Austin Energy, the municipal electric utility serving Austin, Texas. Noteworthy accomplishments while at Austin Energy include development a larger downtown district energy system serving 26 buildings, the Mueller Energy Center that features combined heating and power (CHP) serving the only LEED® Platinum healthcare in the world (Dell Children’s Hospital), and The Domain CHP district energy system serving retail malls, and multi-use spaces.
Mr. Braddock is Certified Energy Manager, a LEED Accredited Professional, and serves leadership positions in energy related organizations such as International District Energy Association, United States Clean Heating and Power Association, Association of Energy Engineers, ASHRAE and also active in sustainability organizations such as United States Green Building Council and Texas Combined Heating and Power Initiative.
He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and his Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
